Rising Above Ministries' This Is My Story Retreat Experience was created especially for moms, grandmothers, and female caregivers of individuals with special needs to experience hope, encouragement, inspiration and community wherever they are in the world. Through video teaching and testimonies you will hear from fellow special-needs moms who truly get it and you will be reminded that you are not alone and encouraged to remember the story you hear about your life. We also want to share the story God has given us.  This content, along with breakout sessions, worship song suggestions, printable pages, and more combine to make this virtual experience a moment to breathe for every caregiver.

This retreat experience can be completed by yourself at home, or as a group retreat with a your church or organization. You can complete the retreat at your own pace, over a few hours, or a few days.
