So often, we are overwhelmed by our thoughts, our lives, and the things going on around us in the world. They begin to burden us down.
As we begin this year of RESTORATION, we would love for you to use this resource as a tool to help release those burdens. The first part of the journal is writing out our burdens as away of giving them to God. Then, the second part of the journal is a way to remind yourself of all the things you are truly grateful for. Gratitude is such a powerful instrument in shifting our perspective.

We challenge each family to read it together daily and work to commit it to memory. So, when the enemy comes, we can recite this scripture to remind us of the Truth of God’s word!
