The Next Step
1. Think of the one person who you struggle the most with to speak positively to and about to others. Make a list of 5 things you appreciate and are thankful for about that person. CHOOSE to keep your thoughts fixed on those things and not the negative things. 2. Write an encouraging note to that person and include the positive things you wrote on your list about them. How do you think that will make them feel? What about you? 3. Pray that God will help you see people through His eyes and find ways to affirm and speak positively over the people He puts in your path.
